Care That Feels Personal
Selah is owned and operated by a registered nurse, so every plan below is written and reviewed clinically — built around your loved one, never around a package.
Assistance with medication routines and coordination to help residents stay on track — ordering and refills with your pharmacy, secure storage, administration by trained staff, and a written log your family can see.
Compassionate assistance with everyday personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene and incontinence care — while maintaining dignity and independence. Always offered on the resident's timetable.
Fresh, delicious meals served in a welcoming dining environment where residents enjoy meals with friends and guests. Three home-cooked meals and two to three snacks a day, including pureed and soft diets.
A safe environment with attentive supervision and assistance throughout the day and night, secured entries, fall-aware layouts, and a registered nurse on call around the clock.
Spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed common areas that give residents both comfort and privacy. Private rooms and companion rooms, furnished — with the option to bring your own furniture.
A warm residential atmosphere that encourages friendship, conversation, activities and meaningful connection — the service nobody lists and everybody needs.

Individually tailored programs
Four programs, each formed to fit the resident.
After an in-person assessment we quote one monthly figure that includes the room, meals, housekeeping, linen and laundry, activities, cable TV, internet and daily care.
Assisted Living
Day-to-day help with the activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and medication — in a home where someone is always nearby. Our core program, and the right fit for most residents.
Personal Care
Closer, hands-on support for those who need more: help with transfers, continence care, diabetic care, and careful monitoring of diet, sleep and wellbeing.
Hospice & Comfort Care
When the time comes, we work alongside your hospice and palliative team so that your loved one stays in their own room, with familiar faces, comfortable and cared for.
Respite Care
A short stay — a week, a month, or while a family caregiver recovers or travels. Full care and full participation in the life of the house, with no long-term commitment.
